What is an unsatisfactory item?

  • Product in the wrong color or size.
  • Product with manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong product that you didn’t order.

Note:

Items cannot be used or damages and it must be returned with tags still attached. Item must arrive in the original packaging provided. Sales/Clearance item are NOT returnable item. Material and quality issues are NOT considered defects and are subjective depending upon item price, fabric type etc. Defect does NOT include removable dirt.

How do I return my item?

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3-4 working days for further instructions.

Refund in form of Store Credit

Kindly be informed all items may only be returned in exchange for same value store credit with no expiry date.

Stock Availability

While bfsdirect.co.uk makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock. Sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock, you will be refunded the same amount.
